1. Complete Offline Privacy (No Data Collection)

Turn & Play is built as an offline-first, sandboxed application.

• No User Accounts: We do not require you to create an account, log in, or provide any personal identification to use the app.
• No Cloud Sync: Your sheet music files (PDFs), setlists, settings, and annotations are stored locally in the private storage sandbox of your device. We do not host, store, or transmit your files to any external servers.
• No Telemetry or Analytics: We do not track your usage, page-turning statistics, or app interaction data.

2. Device Permissions and Usage

To deliver hands-free sheet music reader services, the Turn & Play mobile application requests access to the following hardware and system features, which are processed entirely on-device:

• Bluetooth / Nearby Devices: Used exclusively to scan, pair, and receive button events from your TurnAndPlayPedal foot switch over Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE). No location data associated with Bluetooth scans is saved or shared.
• File Storage / Files App Access: Used solely to let you choose and import PDF music scores from your device's filesystem, iCloud Drive, or Google Play storage.
• Wakelock (Prevent Sleep): Used to keep your device screen awake while you are actively viewing sheet music on stage.

3. Third-Party Services

Our application uses standard store payment integration models:

• RevenueCat & Store In-App Purchases: We utilize RevenueCat to process one-time premium feature unlocks. Purchase validation is handled securely via standard Apple App Store and Google Play billing mechanisms. These platforms manage your billing credentials directly; we never see or store your payment details.
